What happens once I've paid my deposit?We'll then begin the onboarding process: this involves your free 45-minute Strategy Call with Chloe, the owner of CWDesigns Studio. This call will be carried out on strategic approach, whilst she also builds a strong relationship with you once we begin the design process. You'll also receive your onboarding email detailing your project timeline, confirmation of deposit received, the assets that are required for your project, and also your contract outlining what's required from both parties for your project. We require a signature before proceeding with your project. (It is important that you agree with the areas mentioned in your contract, to ensure a smooth design experience with Chloe)

What happens at the onboarding stage for a retainer package?We will begin the normal onboarding process, and proceed with your strategic marketing plan every month. Then, you'll receive your welcome pack and contract as part of the retainer program. We require a signature before proceeding with your package. Communication will consistently be maintained through Instagram DMs/Emails.​ All file drafts will be sent via email and approval. Final files will be sent through your designates folder via WeTransfer.

What happens at the sign-off stage for my project?We'd require the final half/or third of your payment instalment towards your project, and provide a special message from us as you go forth and start your journey. During this stage, this is your chance to get a grasp of your work and have these signed off, so that you can step forth into your new venture. Your final files will be sent off via WeTransfer in your designated folder for the project. Specifically, you'll preferably receive these as a .JPG, .PNG, (.SVG, .AI, or .EPS as per request).

What happens if I want to no longer work on your retainer package?Please reach out to Chloe directly, and she'll provide you with the next steps on no longer working on your retainer package with us.

How many clients can you take onboard?Due to a high number of enquiries we receive every month, we're only able to accommodate 2 Branding and Website Design slots. We also take 2 Retainer Clients per month also. This ensures your project is highly focused on towards executing an effective strategy for your brand! Please contact us directly if you would love to begin to work with us.

Do I have to pay a deposit?A 35% deposit will need to be taken for our packages before the initial project begins to secure your spot. We have numerous enquiries and projects we work on every month so it's important you secure your place.

What are your payment plans for your packages?We provide payment instalments to support our clients during their time with us. The following payment instalments include: ​ ONE-MONTH TWO-WAY PAYMENT INSTALMENT involving a 35% deposit, and a 65% payment instalment which contributes to the final price of the project. (35/65). ONE-MONTH THREE-WAY PAYMENT INSTALMENT involving a 35% deposit, a second 35% payment instalment once you've approved your drafts and the final 30% payment instalment which contributes towards the final price of your project. (35/35/30). THREE MONTH PAYMENT INSTALMENT involving a 35% deposit, a second 30% payment instalment in the first month, a third 20% instalment in the second month, and the final 15% payment instalment which contributes towards the final price of your project. (35/30/20/15). SIX MONTH PAYMENT INSTALMENT involving a 35% deposit, a second 15% payment instalment in the first month, and consecutive 10% instalments for the remaining five months which contributes towards the final price of your project. (35/15/10/10/10/10). TWELVE MONTH PAYMENT INSTALMENT involving a 35% deposit, and consecutive 6% instalments for the remaining eleven months which contributes towards the final price of your project. Are retainer packages monthly?All Retainer Packages are a recurring monthly payment via Invoices sent through Stripe with a deadline for the same date every month. i.e. First month - 28th October (first payment), second month - 28th November (second payment)

Do you provide refunds?The nature of our services are extensive, provided with a high level of brand research and eye-catching visuals to meet the needs of your business, and your own. This will NOT be violated by any means necessary. Due to this, all payments made are FINAL via Stripe Payments and aren't refundable. This is outlined in your signed contract with us, and correspondence will be required to ensure this is emphasised throughout our project.
